Participated in EthicalCoach project in Africa by the year 2019 and 2020, that was situated in Ethiopia which is the first major EthicalCoach initiative, a large and complex African country with a storied history and huge potential to develop NGO’s executive leadership teams through team coaching program to strengthen their leadership skills and performance and to enhance the capacity of the NGO to reach more children and families in need.
